For a booking for three or more delegates on any full day courses on this website there will be a 10% discount.
Prices include tuition, a supporting Course Handbook, and a Certificate of Attendance. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day including tea/coffee on arrival and in mid morning and afternoon. For whole day courses a buffet/sandwich lunch is provided.
Disabled Access
Please note that all our training facilities are provided on the first floor which is accessed only by a staircase. While disabled toilet facilities are available on the ground floor none are available on the first floor

We can help consolidate and strengthen your business
We can provide help in a number of ways:
- One to one consultation with principals, partners or directors or with a small team of senior staff members
- One to one training with staff members
- Training of a small or large group of staff either in clients own premises or offsite
- A study of any or all processes and a report on problem areas and suggestions for change or improvement
- Mystery shops and resultant follow up
- An examination of your standard documentation (eg terms of business or tenancy agreement ) and suggestions for change
Courses.
We have a number of courses that we can offer as standard on most of the main areas mentioned above but we are quite happy to prepare bespoke course to meet your own individual requirements.
Packages
We can create a package of training and consultation that can contain aspects of many of the above put together according to your individual requirements. Please contact us for details. This can be done on a one-off basis or over a period of time
Qualifications
We can prepare staff for:
- Technical Awards in Sales
- Technical awards in Lettings
In addition our courses and training can be put towards CPD requirements for many professional bodies such as The National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents.
