In response to requests from delegates who attended various courses last year we are delighted to be able to offer training for the Technical Award qualification.
Passing the Technical Award is a requirement for membership of ARLA and allows the successful candidate to apply for membership.
Experience has shown that taking the units two at a time works best and to this end we have designed a series of four days to maximise learning and revision.
Day 1 – Training for Units 1 & 2
Friday 2nd July 2010
This day covers general legal concepts, health and safety and legislation relating to residential letting in line with the syllabus
Day 2 – Revision for Units 1 & 2
Wednesday 21st July 2010
This day is all about answering oral questions and working through multi choice questions based on Units 1 & 2. It is assumed that some prior revision would have taken place!
Day 3 – Training for Units 3 & 4
Wednesday 1st September 2010
This day covers residential letting property practice and residential property management practice in line with the syllabus
Day 4 – Revision for Units 3 & 4
Tuesday 28th September 2010
This day is all about answering oral questions and working through multi choice questions based on Units 3 & 4. It is again assumed that some prior revision would have been done
COST PER DELEGATE:
£400 – 4 days training
