● Judicial precedence relating to notices under S21(4) (a)
● Creating a clause and options to renew
● Sharers swapping; one sharer using a break clause
● One sharer giving notice in a fixed term or a periodic term
● Landlord or tenant death
● Landlord or tenant imprisonment
● Landlord or tenant as a company in liquidation
● Abandonment and Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977
● Possession for tenant breach
● Local Housing Allowance
● Accommodation Agencies Act 1953
● Occupier Liability Acts 1957 & 1984
● Disability Discrimination Act 2005
