Gill Johnson
FNAEA, MARLA, CPEA, CRLM
Principal Director
Gill has been involved in residential estate agency for over twenty five years.
Of those years approximately twelve years were spent in Residential Sales including working in residential auctions. An additional twelve years were spent in Residential Lettings with the remaining time spent as a dedicated trainer for both sales and lettings for a national corporate agency.
During this time Gill has worked at all levels and for a variety of different types of organisation. Starting at coordinator level Gill has worked as negotiator and then manager for a small local independent, next as manager and subsequently area manager for a regional independent and then area director for a national corporate covering a Lettings operation in the South of England and East Anglia, Her final role, before leaving to found this Company, was for a national corporate in setting up and running a nationwide property management organisation. Therefore Gill has had both hands on experience of managing offices and staff at a local, area and national level. This included the sourcing and setting up of new offices from scratch. In addition her national role also involved her in extensive project management.
Gill is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. She currently sits on the joint Examination Board for the Technical Awards of these organisations. Gill has recently undertaken the role of lead writer for the updating of the residential learning modules for the Technical Awards on behalf of NAEA, ARLA and MOL and also a handbook for best practice for inventory providers on behalf of NAEA, ARLA and Asset Skills.
