Dave has a wide experience both in and outside of the residential property field.
He originally worked as a teacher in Secondary and Tertiary education which increasingly included extensive work in the Careers and employment field necessitating much liason with local businesses. Subsequently he was involved in the management of a small manufacturing business and then set up and ran a company providing Inventories for residential Lettings Agents. Dave has experience of various aspects of the Lettings industry especially with property management and client accounts as well as running property management companies. He has trained extensively on aspects of Residential sales and Lettings.
Dave is a founder member of the Association of Inventory Providers (APIP) and currently runs all the APIP courses throughout the country and is a member of the APIP Liason Committee.
In addition Dave has worked for two years as a freelance adjudicator for The Dispute Service.
