Clive Sanders
Clive qualified as a solicitor in 1990 and practiced as a property lawyer for ten years in the City of London. In 2000 he set up his own residential letting business and has since gained wide ranging experience and expertise in all aspects of the lettings industry.
As a consultant trainer, Clive regularly present seminars on Residential Landlord and Tenancy and Leasehold related Law with courses presented to landlords, agents and solicitors. Clive has also worked as an Adjudicator for The Dispute Service and more recently for Tenancy Deposit Solutions Limited handling tenancy deposit disputes.
This experience and background has given Clive a unique perspective into problems faced by landlords and their agents, making him uniquely qualified in all matters relating to the residential lettings business.
