An Introduction to Block Management

This course provides a general introduction to block management and is designed to provide delegates with an overview of how to approach it.
Letting agents are increasingly being asked by clients to manage flats which include a share of the freehold of the building. Management of the building is different from ordinary property management and there are many regulations and laws that need to be adhered to.
